Reserved Matters

If you have submitted for outline planning and not submitted all the details required for the development and are doing so at a later date, these become reserved matters. They cover aspects such as:
– Access
– Appearance
– Landscaping
– Layout
– Scale
These usually have to be submitted no later than 3 years from the date when planning permission has been granted, but they do not have to be submitted at the same time. Reserved Matters must also take into account any conditions that may have been imposed on the application. All Reserved Matters must be approved before work can commence as outline permission alone is not an approval to start work.
