Disputes and Arbitration
Sometimes disputes can arise between neighbours or other members of the public. Disputes are surprisingly common when it comes to extensions or other projects around close neighbours. Most however, are settled amicably without further intervention.
In some circumstances, especially those involving work on a party wall, which is a wall that separates either a semi-detached or terraced house, these disputes may require further action to solve.
Part of our role as planning agents is to help settle any disputes that arise with neighbours, or other parties, in a professional matter.
